Keep login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected account misuse. You are responsible for activity you authorize. We may restrict an account for fraud, security threats or material misuse, without eliminating obligations on accepted orders or legally required remedies.

Select the exact manufacturer, model, fuel type, capacity, pressure, voltage, dimensions, material and connection required for the application. A matching word, category, photograph, suggested accessory or similar part number does not by itself establish compatibility. Confirm uncertain specifications before ordering.

Gas, pressure, electrical, HVAC and other regulated equipment must be selected and installed by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable codes and permits. We sell products; an ordinary sale does not include design, engineering, sizing certification, installation, inspection or code approval.

Descriptions, photographs and source data can contain errors or change. Contact us about a discrepancy. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge an increased price without your agreement. An error does not eliminate an express written commitment or a right provided by law.

Professional selection, installation and service. Products supplied by Regions Supply Co. LLC include propane and other fuel-system parts, accessories, fittings, hoses, valves, regulators, pressure equipment, electrical components and HVAC equipment. Each item must be selected, installed, inspected, tested, maintained and serviced by a trained, qualified professional with the license required for that work. Follow the manufacturer’s current instructions, rated operating limits, applicable local, state and federal requirements, adopted codes, permits and authority-having-jurisdiction requirements.

Buyer responsibilities. Confirm the exact model, fuel, pressure, temperature, voltage, capacity, material, dimensions, connection and intended service before purchase. A product photograph, suggested accessory, bundle, search result or staff identification assistance is not an engineering design, sizing approval, installation instruction or independent certification of compatibility. Do not alter a product, bypass a safety device, exceed its ratings or use a damaged or unsuitable component. Obtain the manufacturer’s instructions before work begins.

Serious hazards. Improper selection, installation, inspection, maintenance or use may result in gas leakage, carbon monoxide exposure, fire, explosion, serious injury, death or property damage. Stop work on an unsafe system and obtain qualified assistance. Our website and ordinary customer support are not an emergency service.

Scope of sale and allocation of responsibility. Unless expressly included in an accepted written agreement, a sale supplies the listed merchandise and does not include design, engineering, installation, inspection, maintenance, commissioning or code approval. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the buyer is responsible for losses attributable to the buyer’s or installer’s incorrect selection, unauthorized modification, improper installation, misuse, failure to follow instructions or violation of applicable requirements. This provision does not exclude our liability for our own legally actionable conduct, defective goods, an express commitment or any obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Checkout acknowledgment. For every item in an order, the purchaser must affirm the professional qualification and safety acknowledgment shown at checkout and agree to these Terms of Use and Sale. This is the purchaser’s representation, not verification of a professional license by Regions Supply Co. LLC. The accepted terms version and acknowledgment are retained with the order. Do not continue if you cannot truthfully make that representation; contact customer service before purchase.

Rights preserved. Nothing in this notice waives a non-waivable consumer, warranty, personal-injury, product-liability or other statutory right. Warranty and liability provisions elsewhere in these terms remain subject to applicable law.

Submitting an order requests a purchase. An automated receipt confirms that the request was received; acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the merchandise. Payment authorization or processing may occur earlier according to the chosen payment method.

We may decline or cancel an unaccepted order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, inability to verify information, suspected fraud or a legal restriction. We will notify you and refund any amount collected for canceled merchandise. Accepted orders remain subject to the agreed terms and applicable cancellation rights.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. You authorize charges shown and agreed at checkout or in an accepted written quote. Taxes, shipping and agreed additional services are separate where displayed. A quotation remains subject to its stated validity and availability; an additional charge requires agreement.

WELCOME10 provides 10% off eligible merchandise, including sale-priced merchandise, with one redemption per customer. It excludes shipping and taxes. Enter the code before completing checkout. There is no cash value or retroactive adjustment unless we agree or applicable law requires it.

Contractor pricing requires an approved account and a discount assigned by us. Registration or document submission does not guarantee approval or any rate. Rates may vary and change prospectively; accepted orders keep their agreed price. Contractor approval does not grant tax exemption or credit terms.

Volume pricing: buy 5–9 units of the same item or variation and save 5% on those units; buy 10 or more and save 10%. Different items do not combine to reach a threshold. At 20 or more units, contact support for a written quantity quote; the automatic 10% remains available unless a different quoted price is accepted. Stock, purchase limits and any agreed special-order terms still apply.

Matched bundles: when a bundle rate is offered, it applies only to eligible, documented item/accessory pairs present together in the cart. A featured or related item is not automatically a compatible bundle. Unmatched quantities and other cart items remain at their applicable listed price under that program. Removing an item may remove the bundle saving.

Only one promotion per order. The cart selects the greatest merchandise saving among the available automatic contractor, volume and matched-bundle programs; it does not combine programs. An entered coupon or redeemed reward replaces all automatic programs. Remove the coupon to restore automatic pricing. One coupon is allowed per order. Savings are calculated from current listed merchandise prices. Shipping and taxes are calculated separately. Check the item prices, coupon and final total before placing your order.

Loyalty rewards: when enabled, the earning rate displayed in your account applies from your second completed website purchase. Orders using contractor, volume, bundle, coupon or redeemed-reward pricing do not earn points. Shipping and tax are excluded. Earned points are rounded down to whole points; 100 points redeem for $1 through a single-use account-linked coupon. Redeem in multiples of 100 points. The merchandise subtotal must cover the full reward value. Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions. Points are reserved when a code is created; cancelling an unused code releases them. Refunds reverse earned points and proportionately restore redeemed points on refunded merchandise. Full refunds and cancelled orders restore the full redeemed amount. Pending-order codes cannot be cancelled independently of their order.

Points and unused codes do not expire under the current program. We may change future earning rates or discontinue future earning with notice; such changes do not erase accrued value contrary to applicable law or an express commitment. Fraud, duplicate credits and calculation errors may be corrected with an explanation. Contact customer service about a balance dispute. Ordinary promotions do not make an item final sale or remove non-waivable rights.

Standard in-stock items generally process in 1–3 business days; special orders commonly take approximately 10 business days; out-of-stock reorders commonly take 3–6 weeks subject to supplier confirmation. Transit is additional. Item-specific disclosed lead times control.

The Shipping Policy explains freight quotes, the eligible $500 free-standard-shipping offer, inspection, delays and cancellation options. Special-order restrictions do not remove cancellation or refund rights arising from a qualifying shipping delay or other mandatory law.

The Returns and Refunds Policy sets the 14-day voluntary-return request window, condition requirements and 15% restocking fee for qualifying buyer-convenience returns. A damaged, incorrect or defective item can involve different remedies.

Any written manufacturer warranty is governed by its stated coverage and applicable law. We do not create an additional express product warranty unless we expressly provide one in writing. Nothing here disclaims a warranty, guarantee or remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable. An “as is” label is not used as a blanket waiver of protected consumer rights.

To the extent applicable law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential commercial loss, including lost profits, production downtime or project delays. Unless a specific written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, our aggregate liability for an affected commercial purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable personal-injury remedies, fraud, willful misconduct or protected consumer warranty remedies. They do not remove a remedy when an exclusive or limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

The website may experience maintenance, interrupted availability or technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant continuous operation or that every page is free of errors. Take reasonable precautions when using online accounts.

Carrier, payment-provider, manufacturer and marketplace services have their own terms. External links are provided for convenience and do not make another organization’s products or statements our own. Our obligations to you under an accepted order and applicable law remain in place.

Site content and branding are owned by us or used from manufacturers, suppliers or other rights holders. Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their owners; identification of a brand does not by itself claim authorized-dealer status.

You may use product information to evaluate a purchase and retain your transaction records. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless permitted by law. You authorize us to use information and documents you submit only as reasonably necessary to review requests, operate the account, fulfill orders and handle related obligations, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable taxes are calculated from the available transaction and destination information. Submit valid exemption documents through the Tax Exemption process before ordering when possible. An exemption takes effect only after review and acceptance for the applicable jurisdiction and transaction.

A contractor discount, business account or resale intention is not itself proof of exemption. You are responsible for accurate representations and taxes legally owed by you that we are not required to collect.

Mississippi law governs these terms to the extent consistent with applicable federal law and mandatory consumer protections. Where legally permitted, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state court in Rankin County, Mississippi, or the federal court having jurisdiction over that county. This provision does not remove a consumer’s non-waivable right to another forum.

Please contact customer service first so we can investigate a problem. This request does not shorten a legal limitation period, require binding arbitration, waive a jury or class proceeding, or prevent a lawful payment dispute, complaint or court filing.

Updates are posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively. Changes do not retroactively alter the agreed terms of an accepted order without your agreement, except as applicable law permits or requires.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent possible. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a general waiver. These terms, the referenced policies, the listing and any applicable accepted written agreement form the terms for the transaction; mandatory law controls any conflict.
