Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026. Regions Supply Co. LLC operates this website and uses information to manage accounts, fulfill orders, answer requests and maintain the store. This notice describes those activities and your choices.
This notice describes data handling; it is not a waiver of privacy rights and does not replace consent where the law requires consent. Separate marketplaces and external providers publish their own privacy notices.
Information you provide
- Contact and account details, such as name, company, email, telephone number, login information and account preferences.
- Transaction details, such as billing and shipping addresses, ordered products, quantities, payment status, returns and communications.
- Parts-request details, such as manufacturer, equipment model, part number, required quantity, delivery ZIP code and project timing.
- Business verification information you choose to submit, such as contractor or business credentials, trade information and tax-exemption documentation.
- Newsletter choices and customer-service correspondence.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, bank-login information, unrelated identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general inquiry or business-verification request.
Information collected through the website
Website systems may record IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, approximate location derived from IP, referral information, timestamps, searches and technical or security events. Cookies and similar technologies can remember cart contents, login state, language and preferences.
Payment and fraud-prevention services may receive device and transaction information needed to process or assess a payment. We may receive payment tokens, status, card brand or limited payment-identification details; the payment provider handles the full payment credentials through its own payment interface.
How we use information
- Create and maintain accounts; process payments; fulfill, track and service orders.
- Review part, compatibility, availability, return and warranty requests.
- Verify contractor eligibility and assign approved pricing; review tax documents separately from pricing approval.
- Maintain inventory and order records across connected commerce systems.
- Send service communications and, when permitted and requested, marketing updates.
- Investigate fraud, protect accounts, troubleshoot the site and improve navigation.
- Maintain records required for accounting, tax, dispute handling and other legal obligations.
Providers and other disclosures
Information needed for a service may be processed by our hosting and site-service providers, WooCommerce-related services, payment providers such as PayPal or the available card processor, shipping carriers, suppliers involved in fulfillment, email delivery services, and the 3Dsellers order/inventory platform. Form and account tools process information that you submit.
Google-related services, including site measurement where configured and requested translation through GTranslate, may receive page, device or usage information when those services load or are used. Their own policies also apply. We do not promise that a third-party service never collects technical information.
We may disclose information when required by law, to investigate fraud or protect lawful rights, to professional advisers with a relevant need, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not rent or sell customer lists for money. Statutory definitions of “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising may be broader; contact us to exercise applicable opt-out rights.
Cookies, analytics and choices
Essential technologies support cart, checkout, login, security and requested functionality. Optional measurement or marketing technologies, when enabled, should be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Use the site’s cookie controls when available and your browser’s privacy settings to review or limit cookies. Restricting necessary cookies can prevent cart, account or checkout functions from working. A browser preference does not by itself remove previously collected transaction records.
Where applicable law requires us to recognize a universal opt-out signal, we will honor that requirement. If a privacy control is unavailable, contact us for help with your request before submitting optional information.
Contractor and tax documents
Use business-verification documents only for the purpose requested. We use them to assess eligibility, investigate misuse and maintain relevant business records. Approval and access to pricing are determined by us; documents do not become public product content.
Access should be limited to staff and service providers with a business need. Submit only the relevant credential or certificate and redact unrelated personal information. Contractor pricing and tax exemption are separate reviews.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including transaction records, tax and accounting duties, dispute handling, fraud prevention and backup integrity. Different record types can have different retention periods. We do not promise immediate deletion of a record we are legally required to retain.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and service. No website, email or storage system is perfectly secure. Protect your credentials and contact us promptly about suspected misuse. When a legally reportable incident occurs, we will provide the notices required by applicable law.
Your requests and privacy rights
You can update available profile information in your account and unsubscribe from marketing using the message’s unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order, account, security or legal communications.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an opt-out of certain processing. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or complain to an appropriate authority. We will consider requests under the applicable law without unlawful discrimination.
Contact us with enough information to identify your account and request. We may verify identity and an authorized agent’s authority using proportionate information. We will explain if a legal exception prevents all or part of a request and provide any required response or appeal information. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents to prove identity.
Children, location and international processing
The store is intended for adult customers and business purchasers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information so we can review and take appropriate action.
The business operates in the United States. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations. Where applicable cross-border transfer protections are required, those requirements still apply; using the website is not treated as a blanket waiver of them.
Third-party sites and marketplace orders
An eBay, Walmart or other marketplace order is also governed by that platform’s privacy practices. We use the order information made available to us to fulfill and support the transaction and maintain required records.
External manufacturer, payment, carrier and social links lead to services we do not control. Review their notices before submitting information.
Updates and contact
We may revise this notice to reflect service or legal changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required, and additional consent will be requested where necessary. Changes do not erase rights attached to information already collected.
For order, policy or account questions, start with Contact Us. If you already have an order, you may also reply to your order correspondence. Include your order number and the affected part number. Do not send products to a supplier or an address found online; the correct return destination is supplied with your return authorization.
