Returns and Refunds Policy
Effective September 9, 2026. This policy applies to purchases placed through the Regions Supply Co. LLC website. Review the listing before purchase and verify model, fuel, dimensions, ratings and connections.
Our standard voluntary-return window is 14 days after delivery, with a 15% restocking fee on eligible buyer-convenience returns. Different rights may apply to a defective, incorrect or damaged item.
Standard return eligibility
Request authorization within 14 calendar days after delivery. A standard buyer-convenience return must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified and in its original resaleable condition. Include the original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, hardware and protective materials.
Inspection is permitted; installation, operation, fuel exposure, contamination, altered wiring, removed identification and use beyond inspection may make an item ineligible for a voluntary return. Items sold in a disclosed used or other non-new condition follow the terms expressly stated in their listing and applicable law.
Authorization and the return process
- Contact customer service before sending anything back. Provide the order number, SKU, quantity, reason and relevant photographs.
- Wait for written return authorization and the designated return address. Authorization is permission for inspection, not final acceptance of the returned condition.
- Ship within 14 calendar days after authorization unless the written authorization gives a different agreed period. Put the authorization reference inside the package; do not write directly on retail packaging.
- Use protective outer packaging and a trackable service. Retain the shipment receipt until the return is resolved.
An unauthorized return may be refused or held while we identify and assess it. We will communicate the available resolution; we will not automatically dispose of your property. Do not send a return to a manufacturer or supplier unless the authorization specifically directs you there.
Items excluded from voluntary returns
- Installed, used, altered, contaminated or buyer-damaged products.
- Special-order, custom, supplier-sourced or discounted replacement/research items identified as final sale before purchase.
- Clearance or liquidation items expressly identified as final sale.
- Incomplete items or items without required original packaging, identification or included components.
A standard coupon or approved contractor price alone does not make an otherwise returnable item final sale. Final-sale exclusions do not remove remedies for our shipment error, a legally actionable defect or other non-waivable rights.
Restocking fee and shipping charges
The 15% restocking fee applies to the net merchandise price actually paid for an approved buyer-convenience return. Original outbound shipping charges actually paid are normally non-refundable on such returns, and the buyer pays return shipping. We do not deduct an invented outbound charge for an order advertised and supplied with free shipping.
A restocking fee is not applied to a verified incorrect shipment by us or when prohibited by applicable law. If we verify our shipping error or a qualifying defect/damage claim for which we are responsible, we will arrange or reimburse the reasonable authorized return method. Obtain instructions before purchasing an expensive return service.
Damage, shortages and incorrect items
Inspect deliveries promptly. Please report visible damage, shortages or incorrect products within 48 hours with photographs of the item, labels and packaging. Keep the packaging and stop installation or use. Report concealed damage promptly after discovery.
The 48-hour reporting request helps us preserve evidence and carrier options. It does not automatically invalidate rights that the law protects. We will review the facts and explain the applicable replacement, repair, return or refund resolution. See the Shipping Policy for freight inspection details.
Defects and manufacturer warranty
An installed or used item that develops a defect is handled as a warranty or defect claim rather than a standard unused-item return. Warranty availability depends on the product and applicable law; manufacturer procedures, serial numbers and proof of purchase may be required.
Use the Warranty Request page for the starting information. We do not promise a manufacturer warranty where none exists, and we do not use a manufacturer referral to remove our own legal obligations. Unauthorized modification or improper installation may affect coverage to the extent the applicable warranty and law permit.
Inspection and refund timing
After receipt, we inspect the item and communicate approval, a documented condition issue or any proposed lawful deduction. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Statutory refund deadlines take precedence.
Refunds go to the original payment method. For a partial return, the refund is based on the discounted amount allocated to that item, not its undiscounted list price. Taxes are adjusted where applicable. We do not issue a second refund for an amount already refunded through the payment provider.
Exchanges and cancellations
An exchange depends on availability and may require a return and a new order. A replacement will not be substituted without your agreement. Ask about urgency before returning a critical component.
Contact us immediately to request cancellation before shipment. Special-order commitments and shipped orders follow the Shipping Policy. Legally required delay-cancellation rights remain available.
Labor, project costs and preserved rights
Unless expressly agreed in writing or required by law, voluntary return acceptance does not include labor, removal, installation, downtime, lost profits or project-delay costs. Any limitation is subject to our Terms of Use and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits a statutory cancellation, refund, warranty or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. A short reporting deadline or final-sale designation does not eliminate those rights. This policy does not restrict truthful reviews, lawful payment disputes or access to a regulator or court.
Marketplace purchases and customer service
Orders placed on eBay, Walmart or another marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s transaction and buyer-protection rules. Start those requests through the marketplace order record so the transaction is handled in the correct channel.
For order, policy or account questions, start with Contact Us. If you already have an order, you may also reply to your order correspondence. Include your order number and the affected part number. Do not send products to a supplier or an address found online; the correct return destination is supplied with your return authorization.
