Our priorities include clear headings and links, readable contrast, keyboard access, visible focus indicators, labeled form fields and useful validation messages, layouts that work on smaller screens, and meaningful alternatives for visual information.

Use Contact Us and choose “Accessibility help.” Describe the task you were trying to complete and the assistance or format that would help. Include the page address, product or order number if relevant, and what happened. Your browser, device and assistive technology can help us reproduce the issue, but sharing them is optional.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or provide medical records. Do not send passwords or payment-card information. If the form itself prevents an existing customer from reaching us, use the reply/contact route in your existing order or support correspondence; marketplace customers can also use their marketplace’s order-help service.

We review accessibility requests on business days, may ask a follow-up question and will work with you on reasonable assistance or an alternative way to obtain the information or complete the task. Resolution time depends on the issue and any third-party involvement.

• You can search by part number, SKU or product name and use category links to narrow the catalog.
• Use a keyboard to move through links and form controls. The promotional banner includes controls to change or pause its offers.
• Use your browser’s zoom and text-size tools. If content overlaps or becomes unavailable, tell us the page and approximate zoom setting.
• English is the primary language. A translation option is available for convenience; translated terminology, specifications and safety instructions may need confirmation against the original manufacturer information.

Some catalog images do not yet have useful text descriptions. Manufacturer instructions, scanned documents and PDFs may be difficult to read with assistive technology. Embedded payment services, search tools, translation controls or other third-party features may behave differently from the rest of the site.

If you cannot access a specification, document or control, identify it in your request and tell us the format or assistance needed. We will consider an accessible alternative and raise issues with the relevant provider where appropriate. Do not rely on an unclear or incomplete technical instruction for installation or safe operation.

We use reported issues and checks made during site changes to guide improvements. We have not represented this website as having passed a complete independent accessibility audit. Accessibility can vary across browsers, devices and assistive technologies; no particular combination is currently certified on this page.
