Offered is a Titan Flow Control YS12DI-300 / YS12-DI 3-inch Y-Strainer, designed for industrial and commercial piping applications requiring reliable removal of debris from the process stream.

This heavy-duty strainer features an ASTM A395 ductile-iron body, threaded 3″ female NPT inlet/outlet connections and a 1/16″ perforated stainless-steel straining element. The 3″ configuration provides approximately 41% open screen area and a Cv of approximately 160.

The YS12-DI is an ASME Class 300 design rated for 640 PSI WOG non-shock service at 100°F. Its removable threaded cap provides access to the screen for routine inspection and maintenance, while the blow-off connection can facilitate cleaning or draining when properly configured.

This strainer is ideal for installation upstream of pumps, meters, valves, spray nozzles, compressors and other equipment that could be damaged or impaired by pipeline debris.
