RegO’s current HP9560 literature confirms the series has a 5,600 PSIG maximum working pressure, non-rising stem, O-ring seal, oxygen cleaning per CGA G-4.1, and 100% factory testing. The copper-seat version uses a copper disc against a replaceable Monel body seat.

Product Description

Genuine RegO HP9560CB high-pressure gas master valve designed for cylinder filling panels, tube trailers, high-pressure manifolds, and industrial gas piping systems.

This model features 3/4″ FNPT inlet and outlet connections, rugged brass construction, and a copper metal-seat design intended particularly for demanding high-pressure gas applications. RegO states that the metal-seat configuration minimizes the possibility of seat decomposition or ignition during adiabatic compression and recommends this configuration for oxygen service.

Important: Because of its copper seat, RegO states that this valve should not be used for acetylene. The manufacturer also advises against this metal-seat configuration for hydrogen or helium service or applications requiring a bubble-tight seal.
