REGO HP9560CA 1/2″ High Pressure Gas Master Valve – Copper Seat – 5,600 PSIG – O2 Cleaned

Genuine REGO HP9560CA high-pressure gas master shut-off valve designed for demanding industrial gas applications.

This valve features 1/2″ FNPT inlet and 1/2″ FNPT outlet connections, heavy-duty brass construction, a copper metal seat disc and replaceable Monel body seat. The valve has a maximum working pressure rating of 5,600 PSIG (386 bar) and a 2.3 Cv flow coefficient.

REGO specifically recommends the metal-seat configuration for oxygen service because it minimizes the possibility of seat decomposition or ignition associated with adiabatic compression. The valve is cleaned for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1.

Important Compatibility Note

The copper-seat HP9560CA is recommended for oxygen and compatible non-corrosive industrial gases. However, REGO states that the metal-seat version should not be used with acetylene because of the copper seat, and it is also not intended for hydrogen or helium service or applications requiring a bubble-tight seal.
