REGO CBH502-325 1/4″ Brass Cryogenic Combination Pressure Builder / Economizer – 325 PSIG – O2 Cleaned

The REGO CBH502-325 is a compact combination pressure builder and economizer regulator engineered for cryogenic gas systems. By combining pressure-building and economizer functions into a single regulator, it provides a compact solution for maintaining pressure in compatible cryogenic liquid systems.

Constructed with a brass body and bonnet, PTFE seat, stainless-steel springs, PTFE/copper gaskets, and bronze diaphragm, the regulator uses materials selected for compatibility with cryogenic temperatures down to -320°F (-196°C).

The CBH502-325 features 1/4″ FNPT connections, a bottom-in/side-PB-out CBH piping configuration, a 150–350 PSIG operating range, and is factory set at 325 PSIG. Maximum inlet pressure is 550 PSIG (37.9 barg).

Additional features include an inlet screen to help prevent foreign material from entering the regulator and a locknut to maintain the adjusting-screw setting. REGO specifies the series as 100% factory tested and cleaned for oxygen service per CGA G-4.1. It is suitable for applications involving argon, CO₂, nitrogen, oxygen, and LNG.
