Full Description

The Generant SDC-3580 is a self-locking cylinder connection designed for installation into threaded valve outlets on cryogenic liquid cylinders. It combines a CGA fitting and clutch mechanism with a stainless steel locking assembly, providing a secure connection that discourages unauthorized removal or alteration.

This configuration features a 3/8″ Male NPT inlet and CGA-580 outlet. Generant’s SDC specifications list the CGA-580 configuration with a 3,000 PSI MAWP. The connector is designed for easy installation using a standard hex wrench and is supplied with factory-applied PTFE thread sealant.
