Genuine Generant CVH-501B-V-1PB-X high-pressure inline check valve configured for demanding high-pressure oxygen and industrial gas applications.

This valve features a durable brass body with 1/2″ female NPT inlet and outlet connections, Viton seals, and a special phosphor bronze ASTM B159 spring intended for the specified high-pressure oxygen configuration.

The valve has a 1 PSIG cracking pressure, providing automatic one-way flow while helping prevent reverse flow through the system.

Generant’s high-pressure check-valve designs are engineered for severe-service applications and incorporate designs intended to provide reliable sealing at elevated system pressures. Generant’s high-pressure check valves are also 100% factory tested for leakage in the backflow direction.

This “-X” configuration is specified as O2 cleaned. Generant states that valves supplied cleaned for oxygen service are factory supplied in heat-sealed poly bags. Once removed from the sealed bag, the integrity of the original factory oxygen cleaning is considered compromised.
