DIXON DBS61-200RK1 2″ Bayloc Dry Disconnect Coupler Buna Seal Repair Kit

Genuine Dixon / Dixon Bayco DBS61-200RK1 replacement seal and elastomer repair kit designed specifically for servicing the DBS61-200 Bayloc dry-disconnect 90° swivel coupler.

The DBS61-200 coupler is used in Dixon’s Bayloc dry-disconnect system for applications where reducing spills during fluid transfer is important. Dixon identifies Bayloc dry disconnects for markets including petroleum cargo tanks and hazardous-material transfer.

This RK1 kit contains the primary replacement sealing components needed when servicing the DBS61-200, including Buna/NBR O-rings and gasket components along with PTFE O-rings.

This is the Buna/Nitrile version. It should not be confused with DBS62-200RK1, which uses FKM seals, or DBS63-series seal kits using other specialized elastomers.
