BLACKMER CRL3-PO 3″ Ductile Iron Sliding Vane Liquid CO₂ Pump – NPT Flanged – Pump Only

Heavy-duty Blackmer CRL3-PO positive-displacement sliding vane pump designed for bulk transfer and recirculation of liquefied carbon dioxide (CO₂). The CRL series is used in industrial and food-processing systems, refrigeration/process plants, and transport loading and unloading applications.

The CRL3 features rugged ductile-iron construction and a double-ended drive shaft, allowing the pump to be conveniently configured for clockwise or counterclockwise operation. The shaft arrangement is suitable for coupling to an HRA-series gear reducer or V-belt drive system.

This configuration incorporates a Blackmer mechanical seal assembly with carbon stationary seat, silicon-carbide seal face, and special EPDM stationary and rotating O-rings, along with external ball bearings and an integral relief valve.

The pump uses standard 3″ NPT companion-flanged inlet and discharge connections. Blackmer also offers 3″ weld-flange versions, so buyers should verify that the NPT-flanged configuration shown/listed is appropriate for their installation.

The CRL3 provides a nominal flow range of 20–150 GPM (76–568 L/min) at operating speeds of 330–640 RPM. Maximum differential pressure is 100 PSI (6.9 bar) and maximum allowable working pressure is 525 PSI (36.2 bar).
