BLACKMER CRL1.25-PO 1.25″ Ductile Iron Sliding Vane Liquid CO₂ Pump – Right-Hand Rotation – Pump Only

Heavy-duty Blackmer CRL1.25-PO positive displacement sliding vane pump engineered for liquefied CO₂ handling, recirculation, and low-volume transfer applications.

The pump features rugged ductile-iron construction with 1.25-inch tapped NPT inlet and outlet connections. Its single-ended keyed shaft is configured for right-hand (clockwise) rotation. Blackmer defines right-hand configuration as having the inlet on the right when viewing the pump from the driven end.

The mechanical seal assembly uses a carbon stationary seat, silicon-carbide rotating seal face, and EPDM seal O-rings. The CRL design also incorporates external ball bearings isolated from the pumpage by mechanical seals, an integral adjustable relief valve, and replaceable casing liner and end discs for serviceability.

For the CRL1.25, Blackmer specifies a nominal capacity of 2–15 GPM (8–57 L/min), operating speeds of 750–1,150 RPM, maximum differential pressure of 100 PSI (6.9 bar), and maximum working pressure of 525 PSI (36.2 bar).
