REGO PRV19432F100 1/4″ Brass ASME Cryogenic Relief Valve 100 PSI O2 Clean

REGO specifies the PRV19432 brass model with a 1/4″ inlet, 2.6″ height, 7/8″ wrenching hex, 0.062-sq.-in. orifice, and a 15–600 PSIG available pressure-setting range. Fluorosilicone is the specified seat option for set points from 15–139 PSIG, making it appropriate for this 100-PSIG version.

Description

The REGO PRV19432F100 is a compact ASME-rated pressure relief valve engineered for cryogenic gas applications. It features a durable brass body, 1/4″ male NPT inlet, Fluorosilicone softgoods, and a factory-set relief pressure of 100 PSIG.

This particular configuration includes a drain hole and does not include a pipe-away adapter. It is intended for vapor service rather than liquid service and can be used on piping systems, liquid cylinders, and mini-bulk cryogenic containers where an ASME relief valve is required.

The valve is 100% factory tested and cleaned and packaged for oxygen service in accordance with CGA G-4.1.

Flow Capacity

At the 100 PSIG pressure setting, REGO’s published flow table gives the PRV19430/PRV29430 Series an air-flow capacity of approximately 86 SCFM.
