GENERANT CV-503B-T-1-X 1/2″ Brass Cryogenic Liquid Service Check Valve – PTFE – 1 PSI – O2 Cleaned

The Generant CV-503B-T-1-X is a specialized check valve designed for cryogenic liquid service and one-way flow control in demanding industrial gas systems.

This configuration features a rugged ASTM B16 brass body, 1/2″ female NPT inlet and outlet connections, a PTFE seal, and copper crush washer. An industrial distributor independently identifies this exact part number as a 1/2″ brass, copper-washer, PTFE-seal, oxygen-cleaned check valve.

The valve has a 1 PSIG nominal cracking pressure, with Generant specifying an actual cracking range of approximately 0.5–1 PSIG. Its internal spring is 302 stainless steel ASTM A313.

For cryogenic service, Generant rates this design from -452°F to +350°F and specifies a 1,000 PSIG maximum operating pressure at temperatures up to 350°F. The copper crush washer uses Krytox 205 lubricant.
