Complete Description

The Generant VRV-125B-FS-025 is a compact, highly accurate, direct-acting vent relief valve designed to protect pressure systems against excessive pressure. This configuration features a 1/8″ NPT connection, brass construction, Fluorosilicone sealing, and a factory preset 25 PSIG cracking pressure.

The VRV Series uses an internally adjusted design that helps prevent inadvertent changes to the pressure setting. Generant also specifies a Quad-ring sealing system designed for accurate, repeatable cracking pressure and a narrow reseat band. The valves are factory preset and tested prior to shipment.

At a 25 PSIG set pressure, this valve falls within Generant’s 10–150 PSIG range where nominal reseat is approximately 92% of set pressure. Generant specifies ±5% set-pressure tolerance for valves set between 2 and 150 PSIG.
