The RegO PRV9432FP022 is a compact brass cryogenic gas pressure relief valve designed for pressure protection in cryogenic and industrial gas systems.

This particular configuration features a 1/4″ connection, fluorosilicone sealing components, and a factory relief setting of 22 PSIG. It is configured without a drain hole and without a pipe-away adapter.

The valve is also specified as O₂ cleaned, making it appropriate for compatible oxygen applications when installed in accordance with applicable system requirements and manufacturer instructions.

Unlike the PRV19430 ASME series, the PRV9430 family is the corresponding non-ASME cryogenic relief-valve series, so I would not advertise this particular valve as ASME-certified unless the physical valve markings/documentation specifically indicate otherwise.
