Heavy-duty Blackmer CRLR1.25-PO positive displacement sliding vane pump designed for liquefied CO2 service. The CRLR1.25 is part of Blackmer’s Cavitation Line of high-speed recirculation pumps and is designed for loop systems, CO2 processing and low-volume liquid transfer applications.

This CRLR version incorporates a special reduced-flow liner, distinguishing it from the standard CRL1.25. Blackmer specifies a nominal flow range of 2.5–11 GPM (9–42 L/min), maximum differential pressure of 70 PSI, maximum working pressure of 525 PSI, and operating speed range of 750–1,150 RPM.

This configuration features a single-ended keyed shaft set for right-hand (clockwise) rotation, 1.25″ tapped NPT inlet and outlet connections, integral adjustable relief valve and external ball bearings. The external bearings are isolated from the pumped liquid by the mechanical seals, helping maximize bearing life and reduce contamination risk.

The specified mechanical seal configuration uses a carbon stationary seat, silicon carbide seal face, and special EPDM stationary and rotating O-rings.
